The Academy of Gymnastics, Portishead, Bristol, UK offers Gymnastics and Dance Classes run by experienced, fully-qualified Gymnastics Coaches and Dance Teachers. We are the current British Team Champions and proud to have produced many International Gymnasts who have represented Great Britain around the world; including at the last three Olympic Games. Our Elite Gymnasts were also Gold Medallists at the 2006 Melbourne, 2010 Delhi and 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
We offer a range of activities for boys and girls from school age to teenagers. Each activity is tailored to help the attending children benefit from an active lifestyle. We believe that participating in organised sports provides a chance for young people to increase their activity and develop socially and physically. Our carefully selected activities have been chosen to provide one of the most comprehensive lifestyle exercise programs available to children, incorporating strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power, and discipline. Our programmes include preschool & recreational gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, trampolining, dance classes, birthday parties, holiday camps, private lessons, drop in sessions and other fun activities including a fitness gym for mums and dads.
The Gym Academys app allows you to register for classes, parties and special events at our Portishead facility. The Academys calendar, social media links, and contact information are also easily accessible from the app.
